I found what I hoped for though- a group of nice people of diverse ages and fitness levels wanting to improve their fitness, strength and flexibility and an encouraging and talented group leader .Ginger thoughtfully leads us through a fun and changing series of cardio, weight and stretching exercise every week. What I really did not expect and did not imagine possible was the rapid increase in my upper body strength. This year’s garden prep has been a breeze compared to last year- I easily moved around and spread 150 pounds of compost with no back issues this year. I feel like a 65 year old superwoman!" “I live for boot camp. I love the extra spring in my step from following Ginger’s well paced, varied stations. I started by doing what I could an am building up strength steadily. All I was doing before was a lot of walking and bike commuting which was great but not building up balance, strength, or aerobic capacity.
